Houmous and mixed seed casserole

How to make

  1. Scoop houmous into large casserole dish – fill three quarters of
    the way up.
  2. Cover with mixed seeds & nuts.
  3. Sprinkle diced onion over the mixed seeds & nuts.
  4. Drizzle the pesto over the top.
  5. Place a sprig of basil in the centre and serve.
